It's up to you if you wanna refund or not. BUT the bug fixes will NOT fix most of the issues with the game. Also, if you are playing the crafting path, you will probably run into the corrupted file issue. It occurs when you craft too much SMH, or if you have to many items. The only way to fix this is to start a new game, and CDPR said they MIGHT fix this issue. What a joke

I tried those tweaks for Cyberpunk 2077, and they did make a difference, but not a huge one -- I think it makes a bigger difference on older hardware. Mine isn't the newest, but a 9th-gen Core-i7 CPU and an RTX 2060 GPU isn't *that* old, either. The guy on the Reddit post had a 4th-gen Intel and a GTX 1060 -- definitely older than my setup. But anyway, I *did* see an improvement -- just only about 10% or so. Still, it's something. Worth doing, especially since it's so easy. Just back up any files you change before you change them, obviously.

The people who refund just stupid because the game is fine in hi end spec PC & PS 5. Some bugs will fix soon just like other triple AAA games. People are being so pathetic about this game, it's incredible, on PC I've had about 2 bugs running ultra on a 1660 super, holding at about 55fps. Good enough for me. None of the bugs have broken the game in any way either. People are so picky.
